We will review the key lending documents and security documents so that borrowers can understand them better, including reviewing key clauses. At this lunch and learn, Julie Gingras and Ivka Starcevic, lawyers with Wilson Vukelich LLP, will explain the bank’s standard requirements for taking security for personal property and real property. The goal is for the borrower to be well prepared when borrowing from a bank.
