An IP strategy is crucial for a company for achieving its business objectives. During this online session we will take a deeper dive in looking at Patent Applications - Anatomy and Drafting

This workshop will help you understand the different sections of a Patent Application including the information that is needed for these sections. We will also discuss patent claims, including how to understand what claims cover, and how they are written.

About Tony Orsi

Tony Orsi is a partner and patent agent with Bereskin & Parr LLP and a member of the firm’s Patent, Electrical & Computer Technology and Industrial Designs practice groups. Tony’s practice focuses on patents in the electrical, biomedical, software, mechanical and cleantech fields with an emphasis on evaluating new technologies, patent searching, patent drafting and IP management strategies.
