An IP strategy is crucial for a company for achieving its business objectives. During this online session we will take a deeper dive in looking at Patent and Freedom to Operate Searching - Two Key Components for Commercialization.

In this virtual workshop, we will go more in depth into how to conduct patent searching and review the results. We will look at some practical examples for interpreting the search results to determine if patent protection is available for your technology and if you are free to commercialize your technology.

About Tony Orsi

Tony Orsi is a partner and patent agent with Bereskin & Parr LLP and a member of the firm’s Patent, Electrical & Computer Technology and Industrial Designs practice groups.
