So you have a business idea? Or you are currently in business but looking to pivot in order to be more successful and position yourself for growth?
Join us in a three hour hands on workshop where you will work through answering questions about your business idea and develop your own business model canvas. An interactive session with key examples, and asks participants to relate this knowledge to their own venture. This is the first step in planning a successful business and accessing HBEC mentorship and support. Take this time to organize your vision and create a visual model of how you hope your business will look.
What is the business model canvas?
It is your business model on one page. A global standard used by millions of people in companies of all sizes. You can use the canvas to describe, design, challenge, and pivot your business model.
What will I do at the workshop?
You will work in a facilitated setting on completing the various boxes, asking key questions and obtaining mentorship on what you might need to do further research and exploration on in order to fill in aspects of planning out your business. There will be a presentation which will walk through the Business Model Canvas and explain in detail what each section is all about. There will also be a work period that is supported by an HBEC business mentor.
